Enter our office to a pleasant and comfortable waiting room, with TV/movies, and tea. A family member is welcome to come with you during the exam or procedure.
X-Rays
X-Rays
We Use Digital X-Rays to limit your radiation exposure. Still, if a patient is gettting X-Rays, family members must remain in the waiting room. Family will be informed when they can join the patient in the operatory.
We accept most insurance. Our staff can check your insurance prior to your appointment verify benefits. We can submit your claims, and accept assignment of benefits.

If you need to change or reschedule a reserved appointment, please call at least 48 hours in advance. This helps keep our prices reasonable, and allows other patients a chance to schedule.

Forms you will need to complete for a first visit include Patient Questionnaire, Parental Consent Form (for patients under 18), Financial Policy Acknowledgement, and HIPAA Acknowledgement, all found in our New Patient Package.
